Temp-to-Hire Position Overview The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking and packing service parts for internal and external customers. This Order Picker role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal Order Picker is dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of meeting daily production demands. Required Experience & Skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals Strong attention to detail with accuracy in numbers Ability to use scanners and warehouse systems Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively Forklift experience preferred (must pass certification test) Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pick and pack service parts for orders Ensure accuracy and quality in order fulfillment Use scanners and tracking systems to manage inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Support team operations to meet production and shipping goals Work Environment Non-temperature controlled warehouse environment Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, and movement Overtime may include early start times and Saturdays Job Order 124276
