Shift:

Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm; Must be available to work overtime on occasion.

Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will be trained as a floater to pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and efficiently from a bin or pallet location. Your responsibility is to ensure the correct quantity and type of product is picked and packaged for shipment. You must maintain an acceptable level of productivity. Your tasks will vary daily, based on warehouse needs. •This position requires walking, lifting, and standing.

Salary:

There is a 90-day probationary period and any pay increase at the end of the probationary period is subject to successful completion and performance. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Accurately and quickly pick, pack, and ship customer orders Calculate the number of screws needed per order Accurately select the right packaging for orders Accurately add, move, and remove inventory in system (SKUVault) Use strapping machine and tape guns Assist with cycle counting/inventory audits Maintain a clean and safe work environment Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Must be computer literate Stable work History Must have reliable transportation and be punctual Must be dependable and have excellent attendance Proficient basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) [will be tested] In good physical condition and can continuously walk, stand, stoop, reach, bend without a problem, and lift 50 pounds
