Volt is Hiring! Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate- Food Manufacturing in Brea, CA. As a Warehouse Associate- Food Manufacturing , you will: Perform shipping and receiving activities. Operate a forklift when needed; forklift experience is a plus, not required. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products. Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds. Enter and exit a -10°F freezer as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and demands. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments. Follow all company safety and food manufacturing procedures. Support additional warehouse duties as assigned. This is a full-time opportunity!

Schedule:

Monday -Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing and/or freezer environments is preferred. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability and willingness to work in and around a -10°F freezer. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines. Must be available to work weekends and holidays when required. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

Pay Rate:

$18.00-18.50 - per our DOE Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
