This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, packaging finished goods, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to producing high-quality products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company specifications. Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies. Accurately complete production paperwork and batch records. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Prepare products for shipment by packaging, palletizing, and labeling finished goods. Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and notify supervisors of shortages. Assist with line changeovers, setup, and cleanup activities. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Support overtime and weekend work as needed. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift. Repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in varying temperature environments depending on the production area. Why Join Our Team?
