Shift:
7:25 AM - 3:30 PM, $17.25/hour 2nd
Shift:
3:25 PM - 11:30 PM, $18.25/hour ($17.25 base + $1.00 shift differential)
Job Summary:
TeamQuest Staffing is hiring Packers to support production in an injection molding manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting, packing, labeling, and preparing food-grade plastic products used in government facilities, hospitals, food service, and other regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect molded plastic products for visible defects, damage, or quality issues before packing. Pack finished goods according to work instructions, quality standards, and customer specifications. Label, stack, and prepare products for storage or shipment. Maintain accurate counts and organize packed products in designated areas. Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift. Follow all company safety procedures, GMP-style cleanliness expectations, and PPE requirements in the manufacturing environment. Report product defects, packaging issues, or unsafe conditions to the lead or supervisor. Support production needs with additional packing or line support duties as assigned.
