Job Description
Job Overview Tutu Fun is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Packing & Inventory Associate to support our ongoing warehouse and retail inventory operations. This is a hands-on warehouse position. The main work includes receiving incoming shipments, sorting and counting squishy products, preparing inventory for different store locations, repackaging products into retail boxes, and organizing completed merchandise. We are looking for someone who works quickly, stays organized, pays attention to details, and can maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift. Main Responsibilities Receive and open incoming packages and cartons. Sort squishy products by type, design, and size. Count inventory accurately and keep products organized. Divide inventory among different Tutu Fun store locations according to company instructions. Prepare and label boxes for transfers to other store locations. Assemble individual retail boxes and remove protective film. Remove original product packaging and repackage squishy products into Tutu Fun retail boxes. Inspect products for visible damage, defects, or packaging issues. Pack completed products into larger cartons for storage or store delivery. Move and organize boxes throughout the warehouse. Prepare products requested by stores for restocking. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and packing area. Report incorrect quantities, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies to management. Complete other packing, inventory, receiving, and warehouse tasks as needed. What We Are Looking For Fast and careful with hands-on work. Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy. Organized and able to keep different products and store orders separated. Comfortable performing repetitive packing tasks. Able to follow instructions and established packing procedures. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Able to work independently after training. Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift. Able to lift and move boxes as required. Previous warehouse, packing, fulfillment, production, stocking, or inventory experience is preferred. Schedule Approximately 30-40 hours per week , depending on performance, productivity, shipment volume, and business needs. Weekly hours may vary and are not guaranteed. This is an ongoing warehouse position , not a seasonal position.
