$18.15 per hour
Schedule:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Experience Requirements Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Previous packing, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to follow GMP, SQF, USDA, and company safety guidelines Job Duties Support the packing team by pulling, staging, organizing, and casing finished products Count, pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment Verify date codes, weights, and packaging information against production schedules Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements Ensure pouches and packaging are properly sealed Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, and USDA guidelines Verify equipment is operating properly and report any issues Assist team members in completing daily production goals Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Physical Capabilities Frequent lifting, packing, pulling, labeling, and organizing of products Ability to stand for the entire shift Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to work in a production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
