This is a fast-paced, hands-on packing role, on your feet the entire shift, moving quickly to get orders out the door. Because many of our customers share unboxing videos, every box must be packed according to the brand standards set by our Art Director, no exceptions. If you're detail-oriented, efficient, and energized by physical work, we want to hear from you. Once fully trained, there may be an option to come in at 9:00 AM. We are not typically open on weekends; however, occasional weekend shifts may be available during peak holiday times. The Role You will be on your feet and moving for the entirety of your shift, there is no downtime and no cell phone use during your shift.

The work is constant:

packing, lifting, pushing boxes, breaking down and hauling recycling, receiving inventory, and keeping the warehouse running at full speed. The morning hours are critical. UPS, USPS, and FedEx pick up around 1:00-2:00 PM, which means the priority from the moment you clock in is getting as many orders packed, labeled, and ready to go as possible before carriers arrive. As you become familiar with our process, you'll have the opportunity to come in earlier to maximize that window even further. This is not a role where you ease into your day, you need to be ready to move from the start. Efficiency is the top priority. Orders need to be packed, and processed quickly and accurately, we fulfill a high volume every single day, and the pace reflects that. What a Typical Shift Looks Like Arrive at 10:00 AM — the order queue is waiting and you get straight to packing Verify every SKU, variant, and quantity against the packing slip Pack each box strictly to Odin Parker standards — wrap, secure, add inserts, seal, label Gift wrap and write handwritten letters for orders that require it Before every box goes out, ask yourself: Would I be proud to receive this? Yes — it's ready to go. No — take the extra moment to make it right. Care is not an extra step. It is the standard. Move completed boxes to the designated pick-up area throughout the shift By 1:00-2:00 PM, every order should be ready for UPS, USPS, and FedEx pickup As time allows, break down cardboard, haul recycling, receive incoming inventory (count, verify against POs, inspect, and put away), and support other operational tasks to help keep the warehouse running smoothly Physical Demands — Please Read Before Applying This role is genuinely physically demanding.

A typical shift includes:

On your feet for the full shift — minimal to no sitting Constant lifting, carrying, and moving boxes of varying weights Pushing carts, pallet jacks, and heavy inventory Bending, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm movements throughout Breaking down cardboard and hauling recycling Occasional use of ladders and step stools If you're looking for a light or low-activity role, this is not the right fit. Dress Code Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes at all times — sneakers encouraged Avoid loose clothing or piercings that could catch on equipment No logos, slogans, or branded clothing — we ask all team members to maintain brand consistency on the floor Trial Period This position begins with a paid trial period of up to one month at your full hourly rate of $20/hr. Your schedule, responsibilities, and expectations are exactly the same as any permanent team member — the only difference is that we are mutually evaluating fit. During this time, we are observing your efficiency, reliability, and ability to keep pace with the daily workload. You are held to the same standards as everyone on the team from day one — there is no ramp-up period for attitude, attendance, or effort. The trial may be ended early if expectations aren't being met, including: Repeated lateness or unreliable attendance Inability to keep up with the pace and volume of daily tasks Difficulty following Odin Parker packing standards consistently
