Pick and Pack Chatsworth, CA Full time - Temp to hire Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm $18.47hr to start A leading company in the Halloween and dress-up industries, recognized for distinctive designs and quality products, is seeking dependable and hardworking Pick & Packers to join their team at their Chatsworth warehouse.

Summary:

The Pick & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, stocking, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring individuals who are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and process inventory. Unload incoming trucks and move product throughout the warehouse. Lift, load, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Stock and organize warehouse shelves. Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines. Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience required, specifically in picking and packing orders. Experience using an RF scanner is required. Must be physically capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
