Packaging Specialist (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity) Nevada City, CA $17/hour 2 full days or 3 shorter days per week (must include Monday, Tuesday, and/or Friday) About Liquid Flower Liquid Flower is a California wellness brand creating clean, whole-plant infused cannabis topicals, tinctures, and body care products. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to support the final stages of production. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and strict adherence to compliance, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Timeliness and reliability are critical, as our production schedule depends on a consistent and punctual workflow. The ideal candidate is dependable, focused, and takes pride in quality work. Schedule Requirements 2 full days or 3 shorter days per week Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Fridays Consistent schedule and punctuality are essential Key Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to work, maintaining a consistent schedule Package and label products in accordance with company SOPs and state regulations Accurately weigh, label, and seal products with precision and consistency Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and presentation Maintain a clean, organized workspace with strict hygiene standards Monitor packaging material inventory and report shortages Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal procedures Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations Assist with product inspections and flag any discrepancies Meet daily production goals while maintaining high attention to detail Work in a production environment with exposure to oils, botanicals, and cannabis materials Qualifications & Requirements Must be 21+ in compliance with California cannabis regulations High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods Able to lift 50 lbs Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or production is a plus (not required) Growth Opportunity This role is intended for someone interested in growing with the company.
