Connect Staffing is hiring a Packer for a plastic film and flexible packaging manufacturer in Ontario, CA. This is a temp-to-hire overnight position paying $18.50/hr. In this role, you will pack polyethylene film products — including bags, sheeting, and tubing — inspect them for defects, and prepare them for outbound shipment. This is a steady Monday-Friday schedule with long-term placement potential.

Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Pack polyethylene film products — bags, sheeting, and tubing — for outbound shipment on the overnight production line. Inspect finished plastic film products for defects such as tears, inconsistent thickness, or sealing issues. Label packaged goods accurately and stage them for outbound distribution. Count and verify product quantities against packaging specifications. Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift. Follow production line pace and packaging standards set by supervisors. Preferred Qualifications Experience packing or handling plastic film products such as bags, sheeting, or tubing. Familiarity with quality inspection or basic defect identification in a production setting. Experience working overnight or third-shift manufacturing schedules. Ability to maintain consistent pace and accuracy on a production or assembly line. Experience in packaging, light manufacturing, or flexible materials handling. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and labeling requirements.
