Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping & Packaging Specialist to join our team. This role involves the safe and efficient handling, shipping, and packaging of materials, products, and pallets within warehouses and distribution centers.

Key responsibilities include:

securely packing and securing large equipment or products to pallets to ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping requirements; transporting goods safely throughout warehouse, temporary storage areas, and shipping areas using forklifts, pallet trucks, and other equipment; assisting with truck loading and unloading, receiving and shipping, and inventory management; and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment to support the company's logistics and supply chain operations. Responsibilities Prepare, assemble, and package large products on pallets for domestic and international shipments. Secure products using stretch wrap, banding, corner protectors, foam, and other packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation. Transport pallets and packaged products safely throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper weight distribution and product protection. Inspect pallets and packaging for quality, stability, and compliance with shipping requirements. Ensure all shipments are labeled accurately and accompanied by the required documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse organization as needed. Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other transportation providers. Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by management. Requirement High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year or more of experience in warehousing, receiving, shipping, or material handling is preferred. Forklift license holders are preferred, or those who are able to obtain a forklift license are also welcome. Experience operating forklifts, pallet trucks, or other warehousing equipment is preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems are preferred. Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player. Able to maintain accuracy and safety in a fast-paced work environment.
