Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 35lbs. Must have steel toe boots. Ability to commute to Orange, CA. Willing to train. Must be open to overtime, working 10-12 hour shifts as needed, including weekends.

$17.50 Temp to hire Duties Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Interpret production documents and assembly instructions accurately to ensure proper packaging of metal parts. Handle materials with care using appropriate material handling equipment, including forklifts when necessary, following all safety standards in production. Perform mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery and industrial equipment to minimize downtime and maintain continuous workflow. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of metal components while maintaining proper ergonomic practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA regulations. Document production activities clearly and accurately, including packaging logs, inspection reports, and quality control data. Assist with warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and storing materials in accordance with safety standards. Support manufacturing activities by participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging processes. Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment is highly preferred. Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities during packing processes. Mechanical knowledge or troubleshooting skills related to industrial equipment or packaging machinery. Familiarity with
GMP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production environments. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent interpretation of production documents and assembly instructions. Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks efficiently.
