Duties Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology to accurately pick items according to order specifications Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and crane systems to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse Manually handle materials, including heavy lifting and stacking, following proper safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards Manage inventory by organizing stock locations, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems regularly Prepare orders by packing items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload shipments efficiently using material handling equipment while adhering to safety procedures Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy Experience Prior warehouse distribution or logistics experience is highly preferred, especially in roles involving order picking and materials handling Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes is a strong plus Knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and safety protocols Familiarity with RF scanners and basic math skills for counting and verifying orders Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not required; we value proactive team players willing to learn Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining productivity standards Join us in creating an efficient, safe, and energized warehouse environment!
