This position involves preparing customer orders, packing coffee products and related items, and making sure each shipment is accurate and ready for delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in handling products carefully. Training will be provided, and no previous experience is required. Responsibilities Pick coffee products and related merchandise according to customer order details. Pack coffee bags, containers, accessories, and other items securely for shipment. Check product names, quantities, and order information before sealing packages. Apply shipping labels and prepare completed orders for pickup or dispatch. Inspect products and packaging for visible damage or defects. Restock packing materials and keep supplies organized. Maintain an orderly packing station and clean work area. Notify the team about missing items, low inventory, or order discrepancies. Assist with receiving and organizing incoming coffee products and merchandise. Help the fulfillment team complete daily orders accurately and on schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Good attention to detail and basic organizational skills. Ability to follow written instructions and order lists. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages as needed. Basic reading, counting, and computer skills. No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable working in a product packing, warehouse, or fulfillment environment. Interest in coffee, specialty beverages, or consumer products.
