Packers People First Employment Temecula, CA Job Details Temporary $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Forklift Manufacturing facility experience Warehouse experience Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Packers to join our dynamic manufacturing and packaging team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing products for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your proactive attitude and mechanical knowledge will contribute to smooth operations and high-quality output. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, precision, and safety are prioritized to deliver excellence every day. 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday (Some weekends) OT as needed Pay rate : $19/ Hr Temporary #PFE Packers Responsibilities Carefully pack products using appropriate packaging materials to protect items during transit Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble packaging components or secure products Follow strict FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure compliance with industry standards Utilize forklifts and warehouse experience to move materials within the facility safely and efficiently Conduct quality checks on packaged items, verifying accuracy and completeness before shipment Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhering to safety protocols and organizational standards Assist with inventory management, including labeling, sorting, and documenting packaged goods Qualifications Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to use hand tools effectively Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus for understanding automated processes Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP requirements relevant to manufacturing environments Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is advantageous but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift Join us in a role that values your skills and dedication!
