Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals and deadlines. Assist in inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of logistics operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
