Picker/Packer

Duties Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick items according to order specifications Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring proper placement and organization of inventory for easy access during order picking Perform quality control checks on products to ensure accuracy and adherence to packaging standards Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials, preparing them for shipping & receiving processes Assist with shipping and receiving duties by loading outbound shipments and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and mechanical operations Experience Prior warehouse experience with a focus on picking & packing or order fulfillment is highly preferred Knowledge of materials handling techniques, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution workflows Experience in quality control, stock management, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in fast-paced environments Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management system protocols is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a lively warehouse setting.
