Small Size Live Plant Packing Associate Responsibilities:

Pack live plants according to guidelines Ensure plants are secured and protected for safe shipping Follow packing procedures to maintain quality during transit

Requirements:

Careful, patient, and gentle handling Basic knowledge of plants or willingness to learn plant care needs Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Able to maintain consistent packing quality

Work Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with opportunity to transition to 4-5 days in the next few months Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Flexible start/end time (±1-2 hours) ⸻ Position 2:

Seed Packing Associate Responsibilities:

Pack and portion seeds accurately Use a precision scale to weigh seeds according to requirements Count seeds by quantity for certain orders Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Detail-oriented, patient, and careful with hands Good eyesight and ability to handle very small seeds Comfortable sitting for extended periods Responsible and attentive to accuracy

Work Schedule:

2-3 days per week with opportunity to transition to 4-5 days in the next few months Tuesday is required; other days are flexible Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Flexible start/end time (±1-2 hours) ⸻

Work Environment:

Indoor in a workshop surrounded by greenhouses, with stairs required to access the workshop (no ramp available).

Compensation:

$18 per hour, paid based on clocked time. Time is prorated to the exact minutes worked. Plus Bi-annual performance-based bonus. We issue Form 1099NEC.
