You'll work with a supportive team, have consistent daytime hours, and have everything you need to do your job well — including company vehicles, paid training, and safe, non-toxic cleaning products.

PAY & BENEFITS

$17/hour base pay + commissions for non-drivers $18/hour base pay + commissions for drivers Tips on top of your hourly pay and commissions — average tips are an additional 200-300/month Weekly pay Daytime schedule only — approximately 7:45 AM-4:00 PM No nights, weekends, or major holidays Company vehicles provided during the workday Two-week paid training period Safe, non-toxic cleaning products Consistent hours and steady work Friendly, supportive, drama-free work environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clean and care for customers' homes to a high standard Work with a partner or small team throughout the day Travel between homes in a company vehicle Provide friendly, professional service to our customers Work together with your team to keep the day running smoothly Take pride in the details that make a home feel truly clean

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is dependable and punctual Someone who takes pride in their work Someone who enjoys working with people Someone who works well with a team Someone who is comfortable staying active throughout the workday Someone with the stamina to stay on their feet and maintain a steady pace throughout the day Some English is required For driver positions: valid California driver's license For driver positions: at least 3 years of safe driving history For driver positions: no major driving violations Authorized to work in the U.S. Cleaning experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person
