We're seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to join our team as a Crystal Packer. As a Packer, you'll be responsible for carefully packing crystal products into boxes and containers for shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Pack crystal products into boxes and containers for shipping
• Wrap crystals in protective materials to prevent damage
• Lift and move boxes of various weights
• Unpack and organize newly arrived crystals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet shipping deadlines to ensure timely delivery
• Verify orders to prevent mixing crystals with other customers' orders
• Report any broken crystals to your supervisor and seek advice before packing
• Work flexible hours, including 6-8 hours a day, with occasional extra hours as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads
• Must be willing to work extra hours as needed
