Order Packer Spotwork Commerce City, CO Job Details Temporary $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Order shipping Automated inventory tracking Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pack customer orders, verify shipments, and prepare packages for carrier pickup in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a seasonal opportunity with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order details before shipment. Use RF scanners and scan guns to process orders and update inventory. Prepare shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping stations. Label, seal, and stage completed orders for carrier pickup. Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to a supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Requirements Minimum 6 months of order packing or warehouse experience. Experience using UPS and FedEx shipping stations. Experience using RF scanners or scan guns. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. As part of onboarding, all Spotters complete a background check through our screening partner.
