Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Our client in New Castle, DE is seeking a dependable Production Packer to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Apply shipping labels and verify order accuracy. Sort, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Desired Skills & Qualifications Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred. Ability to operate pallet jacks and move materials safely. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to lift and move products as required.
