We are hiring a Plant Packing & Shipping Specialist to support our order fulfillment, packing, and shipping operations . This is a hands-on packing role focused on accuracy, quality control, and efficiency. Your work ensures plants are packed correctly and arrive safely to customers.

Schedule:

Sunday - Monday, Tuesday as needed | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Additional shifts may be available as needed. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping, packing, fulfillment, warehouse work, plant handling, or logistics , or anyone comfortable with fast-paced, detail-oriented physical work. Key Responsibilities Pack live plants securely for shipment to customers Follow established packing and shipping procedures Pull and verify customer orders accurately Label packages and confirm shipping details Inspect plants for quality and condition before packing Organize packing supplies and maintain a clean work area Meet hourly productivity and packing benchmarks Qualifications & Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physically capable of standing for extended periods Able to bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 40 lbs Good vision required for quality inspection Dependable team player with a positive attitude Preferred (not required): Experience with plants, nurseries, or horticulture Warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or shipping experience Why Work With Us Work with rare and exotic plants Stable part-time hours with potential for growth Friendly, team-focused work environment Employee discounts on plants

Do you have a valid driver's license and your own personal vehicle that you drive daily (not shared), and are you willing and able to use it occasionally for work-related tasks such as local package carrier drop-offs and occasional schedule flexibility? This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, squatting, and reaching overhead. Are you comfortable with these physical requirements?
