Job Overview Alotta Fulfillment LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to support daily packaging, order preparation, and fulfillment operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable performing hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Packaging Assistant will help prepare customer orders, select appropriate packaging materials, verify items, apply shipping labels, and ensure completed packages are ready for shipment. Training will be provided, and previous packaging or warehouse experience is not required. Responsibilities Assist with daily packaging and order preparation Prepare products for shipment according to order requirements Select appropriate boxes, envelopes, and protective packaging materials Pack products securely to help prevent damage during transportation Verify product quantities and order details before packing Apply shipping labels and package documentation accurately Inspect completed packages for accuracy and proper sealing Organize finished orders in designated staging areas Keep packing stations clean and organized Monitor packaging supplies and notify the team when replenishment is needed Assist with sorting and staging products for shipment Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Assist with receiving and organizing products when needed Follow company safety and product-handling procedures Support other fulfillment and warehouse activities as assigned Requirements Previous packaging or warehouse experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Basic computer skills are helpful Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Position The Packaging Assistant helps ensure customer orders are packed accurately, securely, and efficiently for shipment. Pay:

$22.20 - $23.20 per hour
