About Studio Ready Studio Ready is a Miami-based fragrance and personal care company. Every product is labeled, prepared and shipped from our studio by a small, hands-on team. We value care, consistency and attention to detail throughout the process. About the Position We are hiring a Product Labeler to label and prepare our fragrance and personal care products. This is a part-time position with the option to transition to full time as the right fit and the needs of the team allow. The primary focus of this position is applying product labels carefully and consistently by hand. You will inspect each finished product, organize it by product and variation, and keep the fulfillment shelves fully stocked for the shipping team. This is detailed, repetitive work that requires patience, consistency and close attention to presentation. Responsibilities Apply product labels carefully and consistently by hand Inspect labels for correct placement, alignment and presentation Verify that the correct label is applied to each product and variation Assemble and prepare products for fulfillment Organize finished products and stock the fulfillment shelves Keep products arranged accurately by product, scent and size Monitor shelf quantities and notify the Team Leader when products are running low Organize bottles, labels, packaging and preparation materials Follow established labeling, preparation and quality-control procedures Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with receiving, organizing and putting away incoming products and materials Communicate product issues or inventory discrepancies to the Team Leader Assist with other labeling and fulfillment tasks as needed What We're Looking For Candidates must be comfortable working in a seated position for hours Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfort performing repetitive, hands-on work throughout the day Patience and care when handling small bottles, labels and packaging Ability to distinguish between similar products and variations Ability to follow written procedures and instructions Ability to stay organized and work efficiently Dependable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn other fulfillment tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Previous labeling, packaging, production or fulfillment experience is welcome but not required Interest in fragrance, cosmetics or personal care is welcome but not required Schedule Full-time, approximately 25-30 hours per week Monday through Friday Daytime schedule 9 AM to 2 PM On-site at our Wynwood studio Reliable attendance and the ability to arrive on time for each scheduled shift is required.
