Job Description
We are a fast growing company looking for people with high integrity and not afraid of hard work. We offer competitive pay and benefits package. This is a piece rate job and requires high energy and a fast learner. Must be able to make it to work daily!
- Work in hot and cold outdoor temps for 9-12 hour shifts
- Ability to operate and understand machines and trouble shoot
- Ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects 15-75lbs regularly
- Ability to bend and move throughout the day
- Ability to stand on feet for entire shifts on concrete floors
- Ability to take and receive basic directions coherently
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to do basic math
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable
- Can NOT miss days in first 30 days
- Helpful but not required Ability to operate machinery Ability to operate resaw or cutsaws Must be respectful and have interpersonal skills Must have integrity
