Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packed efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Pack finished products into designated containers for shipment or storage. Ensure that all packing meets quality standards and specifications. Assist in the assembly line process by preparing products for packing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area and warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine inspections of packed products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly. Skills Previous food handling experience is highly desirable, particularly in a manufacturing setting. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment as needed. Familiarity with production processes and practices is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
