Job Summary We are currently hiring for a packer is responsible for safely and efficiently packing, handling, counting, measuring, and preparing finished products for shipment or the next stage of production. This position ensures products are properly packaged, protected, labeled, and organized according to company standards and production requirements. The Packer must be able to follow directions, accurately read and use a tape measure, count materials, safely operate power tools, and work effectively with others while maintaining a professional attitude and quality-focused approach. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Packing & Material Handling

• Pack finished products according to established procedures and production requirements.
• Ensure products are properly positioned, protected, and packaged to prevent damage.
• Count products accurately and verify quantities against work orders or packing requirements.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify product dimensions.
• Inspect products before packing to identify visible defects, damage, or other quality concerns.
• Properly label and organize packed materials.
• Safely lift, move, stack, and handle materials throughout the workday.
• Maintain an organized and efficient packing area.
• Communicate material shortages, damaged products, or other concerns to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Ensure completed packages are prepared correctly for shipment or transfer to the next production area.

MUST have previous warehouse manufacturing experience with consistent stable work history. Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.

Shift:

7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday with Occasional Saturdays)

Pay:

$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
