Foods, LLC is a family-owned, fast-growing online e-commerce company that sells gourmet foods through our family of brands: Licorice.com, Chocolate.com, Pretzels.com, Caramels.com, Taffy.com, Cashews.com, and more! We carry the largest and best selection in each category, and we're growing quickly. We're looking for a Pick Line Order Picker to join our team in our brand-new, climate-controlled facility. You'll use our modern handheld scanning system to pull and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently, helping us get great products out the door fast. What You'll Do Pull items from the pick line accurately using our handheld scanning system, following digital pick lists Verify item and quantity accuracy before staging completed orders for packing Keep your section of the pick line stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift Flag shortages, damaged product, or other issues to your lead or supervisor Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals, especially during our busy holiday season Follow all safety and quality guidelines in our facility What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work well without close supervision Positive, professional, team-first attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Keeps a clean, organized workspace Requirements Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English (pick tickets, scanner prompts, safety guidelines) Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour shift) Overtime opportunities Schedule expands during our busy holiday season, including weekends Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees Paid time off Free products, including our gourmet food lineup Attendance and team performance bonus opportunities during our busy holiday season Brand-new, comfortable, climate-controlled facility Modern scanning technology, not clunky or outdated systems
