Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Order Picker/Packer to help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This role is essential to our daily warehouse operations and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to start a career in distribution, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or warehouse management systems. Carefully pack orders according to company quality and shipping standards. Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy before shipment. Receive and unload incoming deliveries using company equipment, including forklifts (training provided). Organize inventory and assist with stock replenishment as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience is preferred but not required . Forklift experience is a plus but not required; company-provided training is available. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company. Valid driver's license. Current automobile insurance coverage.
