Physical Demand:

The P2001 press produces many different parts using multiple dies. The employees perform a unique task for each part. The most strenuous tasks are listed below. Horizontal lift ( Frequently)

• 35# to lift a stack of 3 rails off the end waist high conveyer belt. Low lift ( Frequently)
• 35# to lower and place the stack of rails in the storage bin. Torso twist, forward bend, and reach ( Frequently)
• During the process of moving the rails the employee twists at the waist, bends, and reaches to slot the rails in the correct spot. Push/Pull ( Occasionally )
• 60# to move the full storage bins to the fork lift pick up spot.
