Job Description

Personnel Plus is now hiring packaging associates in Nampa, ID We are currently hiring multiple Packaging Associates for all shifts! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. All shifts are available, with shift differential pay offered.
Pay and Schedule:
Starting pay 19.28 P/H| All shifts available| Possible temp to hire What you'll do: Package cheese efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Ensure cheese is properly sealed and placed in the correct containers Prepare the correct packages, boxes, and materials for production Weigh cheese and verify product accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly Report any product, equipment, or production concerns to the supervisor Follow proper procedures for the use and handling of chemicals Attend required meetings and training Perform other duties as assigned What you'll need: Previous packaging or food production experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and quality standards Experience with general cleaning and chemical handling preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area Reliable and punctual attendance Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds Willingness to work overtime, including more than 40 hours per week
