In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for carefully packing and preparing floral arrangements, ensuring each order meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This position offers a fast-paced, engaging environment where your manual handling skills and warehouse experience will shine, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Anticipated hours of work are Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm and some Saturdays from 6 am to 10 am. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare floral orders. Ensure proper packaging and wrapping of flowers to prevent damage while following flower care guidelines. Operate warehouse materials including lifting, moving, and carrying boxes and buckets of flowers. Occasionally assist with loading and unloading shipments while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation, stock replenishment, and quality control checks Assist customers in carrying out merchandise and loading their vehicles. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Floral experience is preferred, though not required. Some work will take place in a floral cooler in lower temperatures. Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational skills.
