Overview Join our dynamic team in Elgin, IL, as a Warehouse Packer! We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately packed at the end of manufacturing line. If you enjoy working 12-hr shifts only 3 or 4 days a week, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Shift Schedule 6:00am to 6:00pm (paid lunches) 6:00pm to 6:00am (paid lunches) 2-2-3 Schedule (work 2-days; off 2-days; work 3-days) Responsibilities Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Work diligently and independently. Men & Women are welcome to apply. Ability to communicate in English is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 30 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
