SURESTAFF

is hiring a for a Mailroom Associate for a large printing client in Morton Grove, IL. The Mailroom Associate is primarily responsible for sorting mail into designated trays and pallets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This position works in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines and assists with mail inserting equipment as needed.

Mailroom Associate:

Sort mail accurately into designated trays and pallets according to job specifications. Read and follow job tickets, production instructions, and standard operating procedures. Inspect mail for accuracy, quality, and proper sortation. Assist with inserting equipment and other mailroom operations as needed. Prepare completed mail for staging, wrapping, and shipment. Maintain accurate production records and paperwork. Report machine issues, mail quality concerns, or production problems to the appropriate supervisor or operator. Meet production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications of the

Mailroom Associate:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or mailroom environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and follow job tickets, instructions, and specifications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed. Ability to stand and walk for approximately 90% of the shift. Ability to lift, move, and handle mail, trays, pallets, and supplies as needed. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift as needed.
