SURESTAFF
is hiring a for a Production Manager for a large printing client in Morton Grove, IL. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing print projects from initial planning through final fulfillment, ensuring that each project is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role partners cross-functionally with clients, creative teams, production departments, vendors, and department leaders to coordinate project requirements, resources, timelines, and production activities.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 1st shift Responsibilities of the
Production Manager:
Coordinate print projects from job setup through final fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Review and process job tickets, estimates, production plans, schedules, and project requirements. Coordinate creative and production requirements, resources, timelines, and priorities. Monitor project status and ensure work meets SLAs, client specifications, and quality standards. Maintain and utilize EFI Pace to support accurate and efficient job execution. Provide project updates, communicate changes, and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate coverage to ensure continuity of work and client service. Manage production expectations and collaborate across departments to resolve challenges. Coordinate assigned print vendors and ensure production requirements and expectations are met. Required Qualifications of the
Production Manager:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in a print production or related manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of print production processes and workflows. Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Proficiency with computer systems and business software; experience with EFI Pace preferred.
