Shift Packer Details:

Temporary position $15.50 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)

• Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (overtime may be required)We are seeking a reliable and efficient 2nd Shift Packer to contribute to our production operations. This role involves performing a variety of tasks crucial to our packaging process within a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack finished products according to quality and production standards.
• Operate various light machinery and production line equipment.
• Perform general labor duties, assisting with material handling and organization.
• Utilize basic hand tools for assembly or packaging tasks.
• Execute labeling of products and prepare them for shipment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including stocking and maintaining inventory organization.
• Operate a shrink wrap machine and a hand pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

• Required Qualifications & Physical Demands:

• Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds repetitively.
• Capable of standing, stooping, bending, and lifting for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Must own and wear steel-toe shoes.
• Willingness and availability to work overtime as required.

• Work Environment & Dress Code:

• This position is within a climate-controlled production facility.

• Strict Dress Code and Safety Guidelines Apply:

• Permitted attire includes jeans, shorts, and t-shirts.
• For safety on the production floor, no loose clothing, no loose hair (must be tied back), and no jewelry (including watches or rings) are allowed.

• Pre-employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Successful completion of a drug screen is required.
