Pick/Pack - Brownsburg At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Brownsburg. This role involves essential warehouse tasks to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Shift Patterns Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. Pay Rates 16.75 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently Capability to stand and walk for extended periods of 10+ hours per day Strong attention to detail and ability to count accurately Proficiency in using hand scanners and computer systems to enter data Experience in picking, scanning, and filling customer orders in a warehouse environment Role Tasks for Pick/Pack Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking Scan items against order slips to ensure order accuracy Utilize warehouse management systems to perform inventory changes Assist with packing material distribution and disposal of empty boxes Operate OPEX machinery to facilitate order replenishment
