$19.25/hour Job Summary We are looking for dependable and motivated Order Pickers to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, works well with others, and is ready to grow their skills in a warehouse environment. ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and prepare customer orders. Operate warehouse equipment safely after proper training. Verify products, quantities, and order information. Package and stage orders for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Willingness to learn and be trained. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus, but not required.
