Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturing work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Basic computer and communication skills preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution environment. Previous forklift certification and forklift operating experience preferred. Experience working in fast-paced production settings with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team. Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting production goals. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to safely move products and materials throughout the facility. Must be able to work overtime as needed and maintain productivity in a physically demanding environment.

Job Duties:
Follow all workplace safety policies and maintain a strong commitment to a safe work environment. Inspect and monitor manufactured products to ensure quality standards are met. Move, organize, and place finished products into designated packaging and storage areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace by following 5S and continuous improvement practices. Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors and team members. Collaborate with production, warehouse, and support departments to meet operational goals. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with safety procedures when authorized. Support production schedules, quality initiatives, and company objectives while maintaining high productivity levels. Perform additional warehouse, manufacturing, and production duties as assigned.
