ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a forklift or pallet jack to load and unload freight
• Verify quantity and quality of order received against the packing slip
• Document and prepare damage claims for supervisor's review and signature
• Review all shipping documents to verify they are accurate and complete
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Package, wrap and secure product for shipment
• Applies Labels and other identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers
• Use power tools or hand tools to assemble wooden crates or cardboard containers
