Walton, KY Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk approximately 7-10 miles per day and use stairs throughout the shift. Experience using RF scanners and pallet jacks preferred. Strong attention to detail when picking and packing orders. Flexibility to perform various warehouse duties as assigned. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Must wear OSHA-approved steel-toe or composite-toe footwear. Must follow workplace dress code and safety requirements. About the Warehouse Associate Role As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include: Pick and pack automotive parts in a warehouse environment. Use RF scanners to locate, track, and process products. Operate pallet jacks and other assigned warehouse equipment. Verify product quantities and order accuracy. Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Perform various warehouse tasks based on daily operational needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
