Veryable Operators use the Operator app to review available Ops and submit Bids for opportunities that match their skills, location, and availability. There is no fixed weekly schedule or minimum weekly commitment. Op availability varies; submitting a Bid does not guarantee selection. The Business reviews the Bids received and selects the Operators needed for each Op. How Veryable Works Download the free Veryable Operator app. Create and complete your Operator profile. Submit the required background check. Select Branch Direct or Branch Wallet as your payout method. Complete and submit your W-9 tax form. Pass the Operator onboarding quiz. Once your profile and Pre-Reqs are approved, review available Alexandria Ops and submit a Bid. Setup and approval times may vary. Completing your Operator profile does not guarantee access to a specific Op or a minimum amount of available work. What You May Do Pick customer orders using a voice-directed headset. Follow instructions identifying the correct product, location, and quantity. Operate a rider electric pallet jack. Build and stack pallets accurately and efficiently. Shrink-wrap completed pallets. Restack fallen products. Identify and remove damaged products. Maintain a clean work area that is free of loose product and debris. Follow all Business safety, quality, and PPE requirements. Complete other warehouse duties listed in the individual Op description. Accuracy is essential. Operators must confirm the correct product, location, and quantity for every pick while maintaining a safe and efficient pace. Typical Op Schedule Available Ops may begin during the afternoon or evening. Many Ops include approximately 8 paid hours. A 30-minute unpaid break may be included. Work may continue until the night's orders are completed. Single-day Ops may be available. Operators may Bid on one Op or multiple available Ops throughout the week. On-time arrival is required. Operators must check in and check out through the Veryable Operator app. The start time, end time, duties, pay, estimated hours, and break information may vary by Op. Review the complete Op details before submitting a Bid. Operator Requirements Steel-toed boots. High-visibility vest. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the Op. Ability to follow voice-pick instructions accurately. Ability to work safely in an active warehouse environment. Smartphone with access to the Veryable Operator app. Reliable transportation to the Op location. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be eligible to perform Ops as a 1099 independent contractor. Rider electric pallet jack, order-picking, pallet-building, or voice-pick experience is preferred. Any required experience, dress code, PPE, or equipment will be listed in the individual Op description. Payout Information With Branch Direct or Branch Wallet, payout is generally received the day after a completed Op. Operators must check in and check out through the Veryable Operator app and ensure their recorded time is accurate. Independent Contractor Information Operators using the Veryable Platform perform Ops as independent contractors; they are not employees of Veryable or the Business. Operators choose which available Ops to Bid on and are responsible for applicable taxes, transportation, PPE, insurance, and other expenses associated with completing an Op.
