In this role, you will keep our production lines moving smoothly by managing "stickers" (the spacers used to separate material) and supporting our stacking operations. If you take pride in a job well done and care about workplace safety, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)

Keep Production Flowing:

Move stickers from the chain to the stacker and organize them so production never slows down.

Monitor Quality:

Keep a close eye on stacker operations, sort through materials, and remove any damaged pieces from the line.

Stay Organized:

Align stickers and bundles for neat processing, and assist in moving discarded materials to designated racks.

Team Up:

Work closely with your crew to maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient workspace.

Physical Requirements On Your Feet:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching throughout the shift.

Lifting & Handling:

Daily gripping and handling of light materials (up to 5 lbs.), with the ability to lift and carry heavier bundles up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Movement:
