Pallet builder and repairer needed, experience is highly recommended, but not required. Starting pay at $18/hr. as an introductory rate for one month. You will then be evaluated on your production. If your pallet output meets the minimum amount required, you would then be placed on piece-work. However, if you exceed during your training, you may be able to go to piece-work immediately and/or be eligible for a raise.

Necessary job abilities:

Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. overhead. You will be stacking 45-50 lb. pallets up to roughly 6-7 ft. high. Keep a fast-paced speed Consistent & reasonable output of pallets. Keep a clean and organized work area.
