Job Description

We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Packing Associates . This is an entry-level position , and no prior manufacturing experience is required. If you are willing to learn, work as part of a team, and take pride in your work, we will provide the training you need to succeed!
Pay:
$16.50 per hour (Wage increases available after skill advancement—typically within 6 months)
Shift:
1st Shift 7am-3:30pm You would be responsible for packaging products by hand, checking quality, and preparing items for shipment while following safety and quality standards.
Duties:
Pack products and materials by hand Count, weigh, and measure items accurately Inspect products for quality and remove any defective items Build and seal boxes using a hand tape gun Apply labels to boxes, bags, or products Enter basic information into inventory or order systems Stack boxes onto pallets for shipment Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work with your team to meet daily production goals Share ideas to help improve processes Perform other tasks as assigned Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic and positive attitude, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. High school diploma or GED also required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing , gain hands-on experience, and grow within a stable company.
