system. Key Responsibilities All functions will be completed as per the plant's

quality system and

ISO 14001

environmental management system. 1. Check machines to ensure they all have boxes, processing aids, and auxiliaries as per F.P.A. form. 2. Move stock from the press upon job completion or mold change as per F.P.A. form. 3. Keep empty boxes and pallets by presses. 4. Move finished pallets after the boxes have been checked and stamped by Quality control. 5. Move finished goods to the warehouse and store in proper place. 6. Inform supervisor when stock is low as per F.P.A. form. 7. At the end of the shift, leave at least one hour's stock. 8.

Housekeeping:

all component parts, finished and unfinished goods not being used should be put away in their proper places with care. 9. Follow the safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity. 10. Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
