POSITION DESCRIPTION

Packing line feeders are tasked with breaking down cartons of tickets in sequential order to be put on the automation line. They must work as a team to keep up with the pace of the automated finishing line and move/organize ticket racks and crates to ensure that the product is in the correct order once it's placed on the conveyor belt.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Moving and locating racks/crates of folded lottery tickets to the production area of the Packing Line for the finishing process Unloading the slabs of tickets from the racks/crates and supplying them onto the Packing Line Breaking down full slabs of tickets into individual layers (or slabs - "slabbing") Maintaining and managing the Slab O'Matic scanner for sequential operation while loading the Packing Line Participates in all job-related safety training and personally complies with all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physically capable to continuously lift 35 lbs. and push/pull 20 lbs. of force Able to identify numbers and put them in sequential order Able to work Quad, 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time during shift hours Able to work as part of a team and take direction from peers and supervisors Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail Must maintain good attendance
