Positon Summary:

This position is responsible for enforcing policies and procedures relative to the safety and security of company property and personnel, monitoring building entrances and exits as well as building grounds, reporting violations, fire, accident, theft and vandalism and assisting with the various day to day security issues for the facility.

Accountabilities:

Ensure integrity and security of PBL's products and procedures and protect company resources, assets and information from theft or unlawful acts To document and report violations of company policies, state laws, safety procedures, security incidents and medical emergencies Maintain alertness, vigilance and Exemplify professionalism at all times To contact emergency services for the applicable need and to notify the Security Manager on significant incidents Protect employees from interference and harm and protect members of the public Ensure policies and procedures are enforced relative to the safety and security of company property and personnel Monitor building entrances and exits as well as building grounds

Description of essential Job Duties or Responsibilities % of time spent Maintain safe and security of premises, products and personnel; Review security footage; Monitor and escort Visitors/Contractors as required; View and document activity on security videos, patrols, monitor staff; monitor intrusion and fire alarm functionality 55% Run, update and write reports; print key scan reports, security reports, incident and activity reports, alarm reports, lottery ticket shredding reports 20% Provides assistance to employees, customers, contractors, visitors, and vendors directly; Manage employee badges (new, replacements, temps) 15% Perform new employee, visitor, contractor, and vendor orientations and authorizations 5% Other duties as assigned; Process all Criminal records checks 5% 100%
